What is Functional Movement Screening (FMS®)?

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is an in-depth assessment system for documenting the movement patterns that are key for normal function. The FMS assessment process will identify functional limitations and asymmetries in the body that impede athletic performance or normal physical function and increase the likelihood of injury.

Based on your FMS score your therapist will recommend the appropriate exercise and / or treatment plan to address your physical limitations and optimize the fundamental movements that restore your normal daily function and sports performance.

2. Make a Booking

Make a booking or purchase a package through our simple online booking platform or by giving us a call.

Payment:

It is best to pay at the time of your booking. Your invoice will be emailed to you and although we do not refund we will happily reschedule an appointment for you.

Health Fund Rebates:

For Health Fund Rebates print your receipt and bring it with you to be validated.
